Night Manager - Landscape

We are looking for a responsible *Night Manager *to assist with landscape crews.
This person must be well-versed with landscape materials, crew and job management, as well as incident reporting.
As a *Night Manager, *the position requires comprehensive operational understanding of landscaping tools and equipment used by C&C Custom Lawncare Inc.
This position must effectively and politely interact with other staff members, employees, clients and vendors.
*Skill Set and Educational Requirements:* 1.
Proficient in both oral and written communications.
Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Landscape Industry with exposure to broad range of working experience of landscaping jobs.
3.
Ability to operate in a stressful and fast paced environment.
4.
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
5.
Self-discipline to complete a job or project including compiling and transmitting closing data to the office staff for subsequent processing.
6.
Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
*Day to Day Job Responsibilities include:* · Flexible work hours to reflect an 8 to 10 hour work day(12-8pm) · Coordinate with Managers to ensure trucks, equipment, and materials are loaded and prepared for the next days work.
· Communicate with Production, Landscaping, and Turf Care Teams to verify and adjust schedules for maximum efficiency while maintain safety standards.
· Oversee night shift operations and address any issues that may arise · Assist in snow operations · Drive Skid Steers or Wheel Loaders as required · Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures · Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and workflow *Performance Bonus:* You are entitled to receiving, in addition to your base salary, additional applicable performance bonus compensation based entirely on your performance throughout the calendar year.
All pertinent details are disclosed in the performance bonus plan to be provided separately.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
