Responsible for the conduct and performance of three or more Landscape Maintenance Crews assigned to them, and the jobs assigned to them.
Will direct their Crew Leaders, and Crew Members, to be as effective and efficient as possible.
Employee Induction & Guidance ▪ Orient and train new employees.
▪ Monitor each employee’s overall job performance, and provide direction, encouragement, and support.
▪ Mentor the Crew Leaders and coach each Crew Member to optimize their performance.
▪ Counsel them on ways to improve their value to the company and assist in their professional development.
▪ Help to design and conduct 'Training and Safety' meetings and provide on-site training as necessary.
Crew Management ▪ Preview upcoming jobs, work schedule, and job details in advance with the Crew Leaders.
▪ Perform on-site inspections as appropriate to ensure safety, effectiveness, and quality.
▪ Coordinate and meet with sub-contractors, inspectors, homeowners, and property managers, as necessary.
▪ Review and confirm field data, including clock-in & out and material usage.
▪ Update the Production Manager on schedule progress, noting any potential changes.
▪ Periodically review job and crew performance metrics with the Production Manager and Crew Leaders.

Pay: $50,000.
