The KBB Buying Agent is responsible for timely responses to sales leads, as well as following up on those leads.
By his/her actions, the KBB Buying Agent influences the volume of sales business while playing a key role in insuring customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will execute customer communications (email and telephone) in a manner that aligns with our dealership’s highest standards.
Job Responsibilities: Manage all KBB online and regular phone ups.
Acquires used inventory for dealership Answer & review customer inquiries via email, text, chat & phone Calls & Sets appointments for all incoming leads Report all issues to the Business Development Manager Essential Duties: Receive, analyze, and reply to all incoming internet and phone leads according to scripts Set appointments and discuss prospect with appropriate managers Follow up with managers for outcome of set appointments Update changes in database Complete long term follow-up for internet and phone leads Forward any customer concerns to appropriate Departmental Manager notating all problems and potential problems involving concerns, repairs, customers, & equipment Job Requirements: High school diploma/GED Basic computer skills Excellent communication skills, oral and written Two years’ experience in Customer Service & Sales Dealership Sales experience is a plus Professional personal appearance Must have valid driver license Compensation: Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
