Client Services Associate Key Financial Group, LLC Who we are: Key Financial Group, a successful wealth management firm located in historic downtown Frederick, is seeking a Client Services Associate to assist us in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

Who we want: As the first and last person clients see in the office, the operations associate is instrumental in ensuring clients have a positive experience.
They also play a critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm.
With responsibility for the day-to-day client service duties of the firm, the ideal candidate will help keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all client paperwork and processing is handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.
Job Responsibilities: Processes new accounts.
Processes account transfers.
Processes new contributions and redemptions.
Processes beneficiary changes.
Creates client meeting update books and reviews.
Sends updated meeting letters.
Handles incoming telephone calls and addresses client needs accordingly.
Manages calendars for the Wealth Advisor(s) and others in the office.
Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel welcome when they visit the office.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: o Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation.
o A strong focus on getting the details right.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o An ability to multitask within tight time frames.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
o Strong analytical and research skills.
o Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Interest in and knowledge of financial markets and investment securities is desired but not required.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
