The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation has an opportunity for a Program Coordinator who will support a team of educational advisers by implementing and monitoring student services for scholarship recipients.
Responsibilities include communication with vendors, coordinating payments, collecting invoices, and maintaining contracts; maintaining database for student services; and monitoring and tracking budgets for student services.
Additional duties include arranging travel itineraries for Scholars participating in summer programs, boarding school, and college visits.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role, with substantial independent responsibility.
Previous experience in accounting or working with budgets preferred.
