Role Responsibilities
Your main objective is to network with customers, build strong relationships, and close sales
You are determined and capable of achieving a sales volume of $4m - $10m
You will be responsible for all aspects of estimating including take off from drawings, pre-construction, conceptual estimating, hard bids, negotiated bids, and value engineering

Key Requirements
2 years’ experience as a construction Estimator
Knowledge of manufacturing and construction processes
An ability to read and understand blueprints
You are a self-started with initiative to make things happen
