Description:
The Campus Manager position is an integral part of the rental program at the Wilson College and Mount St Marys University.
This person helps complete fridge and bedloft related student requests in a timely manner in order to best serve the customers on campus.
The bulk of the work is completed at the end of the academic year and prior to the start of the Fall semester, and at those time you will be in charge of coordinating and executing installation, removal, and general maintenance of dorm size refrigerator and bedloft equipment (Approximately 250 MicroFridges and 50 Bed-loft between 2 campuses).
Throughout the year you will be responsible for handling service requests, delivering late orders, completing early pickups, and coordinating logistical items in between semesters.
General Responsibilities:
* Ability to maneuver dorm size refrigerators on a dolly/handtruck, as well as lift the appliances in certain situations (i.
e.
pulling a fridge up stairs on a handtruck).
* Ability to install and breakdown Bed-loft equipment
* Visually inspect inventory for cleanliness and parts
* Travel to to and From Wilson College and local storage facilities
* Work effectively with other MyFridgeRental staff and college staff
* Collaborate on specific components/logistics of operations
* Maintain accurate records in google sheets and in company database
* Report any conflicts/issues to the General Manager
* Ability to multitask and prioritize items
* Flexible schedule depending on operational needs
* Respect for staff, vehicles, supplies, inventory

* Technical ability to use and access Google Apps (sheets, docs, maps, etc)
* Valid drivers license
Compensation:
* $25-$35 an hour (average based on contracted per-unit compensation)
