Fertilizer - Free (Germantown)

I think this may be expired.
I tried spraying it on the lawn but there were small clumps in the bottom that stopped the liquid from coming out.
If you think you can use it I would rather give it away then send it to the dump.
I have about 6 bags worth (each one will do one 1/4 acre lawn, I think).
