Water Rowing Machine - $225 (Leesburg)

I bought a beautiful water rower only to sustain a wrist injury very soon after I bought it making me unable to use it.
I'm selling it for considerably less than these retail for, mainly because I want to move it out fast to make room for a stationary bike, as that won't impact my injury.
The only catch is that due to my injury, you will have to be 100% responsible for moving it down one flight of stairs and into your large SUV/truck.
I won't sell it to anybody who doesn't show up with a partner to help move it, as I don't want to risk any injury to you or the rower or my house! It is not extremely heavy, but it is long.
Please note -- I will not respond to any one sentence messages like "Is the item available?" because I will assume these are SPAM.
You can assume if this message is still posted, that means the rower is still available.
Also note that I am firm on the price, so I also won't respond to any messages making lower offers.
The one exception is if the timing were to work out such that my stationary bike is here when you'd be coming to get the rower, I'll knock $25 off the price if you'd be willing to also haul the bike up the stairs for me!
