The room (pictured) is 15x12 and you would share a full bath with ONE other tenant who travels extensively.
With your occupancy is unfettered access to the upper two levels sharing the common areas (Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, large Deck and back Yard Area).
In my experience I rarely cross paths with anyone and the space is a quiet, calm safe space in a GREAT location, just off 270 Exits 11(Montgomery Village Ave.

).
