$600 need a good roommate for rent (frederick)

Renting out a bedroom with a private bathroom and additional room to use as an office (2 rooms, 1 bath total).
Fully furnished, but can remove the furniture in bedroom if needed.
I have a gym in the garage which has a TV as well.
Parking in driveway or on the street is fine.
Rent would include everything (internet, utilities, rent in general).
Neighborhood has a pool and is great for running, walking, biking.
Legit suburb type neighborhood, so families all around and quiet.
I keep the place pretty clean and have pretty much all kitchen stuff needed.
Little about me: I am a 30 year old male who works in tech and hoping to find another young professional.
I work from home, but mostly in my room where my office is.
Love food, being active, and hanging out with friends.
Not a partier so no parties at the house (dinner parties and game/movie nights are cool).
Must have a job and be okay with a background check.
First and last month paid upfront, and then month to month after that with 30 days notice.
