One of our roommates is relocating, so we're in search of a new professional female roommate.
Our living situation is quiet and peaceful and we are respectful of each other's privacy.
This is not the home to live in if you like to bring over a lot of friends and have parties.
The Townhouse is beautiful, luxurious, and very clean with an open floor plan and 9' ceilings on all levels.
I occupy one bright and airy room with large picture windows.
This is the room available for rent.
plus FREE parking in the attached garage! The bedroom has a walk in closet.
You also have a linen closet in the hall.
and my shared bathroom is down the short hall just outside the entry to the MBR.
The front loading washer and dryer is between my bathroom and the door to my bedroom and it is super convenient to do laundry and get it put away quickly.
The bathroom has new white tiled floors, which is a luxury.
The room faces Southeast so it gets the morning sun, which is just wonderful if you have plants you want to place in the room.
The room also have the high 9'+ ceilings like the rest of the house.
I am only moving out because I had to relocate.
Otherwise, I was very happy living here with my current roommates and a responsive Landlord.
The Townhouse was renovated by the owner/Landlord when he purchased it a few years ago so everything is nice and modern.
There are three levels to the home.
The first floor level is where one of our roommates reside (she is super quiet) and is also the garage level.
It was formerly the family room and was renovated with a beautiful new bathroom.
The second level is where we have the kitchen (tiled floor, granite counter tops), living and dining rooms (hardwood floor), and a half bath for guests.
The third level has the master bedroom ensuite plus my room and adjacent bedroom.
The neighborhood is great--quiet--and the neighbors are very friendly.
With the opening of Innovation Avenue, we are literally 5 minutes to Dulles Airport and access to the 267 Tollway, and 3 minutes to the 28 (Sully Rd).
Herndon is a nice town, family friendly, with a cute little historic downtown; it is also home to Worldgate on Elden Street and minutes from Sterling, next to Reston, and 15 minutes from Leesburg and the Outlets.
The Metrorail is here within walking distance, making commuting to D.
C.
more convenient.
