There is little or no furniture in the rooms.
This is a 4200 sq ft house in a quiet development in Brunswick Md.
2 Minutes from a wallgreens, pizza shack, subway, ace hardware and dollar store, 5 minutes from Weis Supermarket, Hair cuttery and nail salon.
All rooms will be on month to month leases- the home will be put on the market and most likely sold this coming summer.
There will be a monthly lease doc with an abbreviated time notification for moving out.
The rooms for rent:
Basement Rent Price: $920 on a month to month lease.
Deposit- first and last months rent ( 1,840 - there will be a separate negotiated deposit about 500-ish for pets if you have a dog or a cat).
I work from home with my office on the first floor, so feel free to reach out, I am pretty much always aroun d and can take a break to show you the spaces.
There is a separate entrance to the basement, but the basement is also accessible from the main house via a stair case.
Basement is HUGE.
The pics with the projector, the monopoly wall and the small table with a blackboard are the full areas of the basement.
You would need your own bed.
While the basement is large, there is no kitchenette and no bathroom down there.
There is a half bathroom on the first level and a full bathroom on the second level.
Upper Level large Room Rent Price: $980 on a month to month to month lease.
Deposit- first and last months rent ( 1,960 - there will be a separate negotiated deposit as I said for the basment for pets if you have a dog or a cat).
The upper level room is the one with the blue walls.
The bathroom is also shown, with 2 sinks and a shower.
it's spacious with a walk in closet, and access to a full bath directly from the room.
No bed or furniture is in the room, You'd need your own furntiture.
The full bath is also accessible from the hallway, and if the basement is rented, you'd be sharing the bathroom with someone else.
There are two other rooms pictured upstairs on the second level, they are smaller and I am not sure anyone would want them.
I am renting them at $920 each if anyone wants them.
In the picures, one is the room with the tall black cabinets, and the other is the room with a full sized bed and a blue blanket.
Details: Water/electric/gas/wifi will be split evenly, and I will show you the bills each month to be open and honest so you know im not just screwing you for extra money.
Water is normally abt 150 to 200, Gas is on a preset budget and its around 300.
Electric is normally 100 to 150.
Wifi is normally 100 to 130.
Id be open to discuss and negotiate the price of the rooms, so please feel free to reach out.
Details regarding shared use of the kitchen, and other parts of the house will also be open to negotiation.
I would prefer young professionals of any sex and have no issues with whatever lifestyles you may have.
I have no problem if you drink or even use any form of weed legally- However I would ask for it not to be in the house.
You could feel free to do it in the back yard.
Dogs and cats are ok, but they need to stay in the room and you will be responsible for any sort of damage that ensues ( I am a dog lover, i have a had 125lb dogs in the past, I just wouldn't pay for damages if your dog did them).
