My current roommatebis leaving for school and we'll need a new roommate to apply (through leasing) and get approved for the leasing office.
Master bed/bath will be unfurnished and is the only room with a walk-in closet.
The apartment itself is a third floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit for $2000/mo (included rent, water water trash).

00 per person) Common areas are furnished but new roommate is still encouraged to tastefully decorate.
Remaining roommate (me) pays $1000 for small bedroom and doorless den (NO CATS, but can compromise on caged pets and small dogs for easy blocking of den).
Will happily relocate dining set to kitchen so new roommate can furnish dining room with their own dining set, couch, etc.
