Job Details-Seeking Previous Automotive Finance or Sales Management Experience Ourisman Honda of Frederick is seeking a current Automotive Finance Manager looking to advance or an experienced Automotive Sales Manager looking for a change.
Our sales process follows the ONE Person philosophy.
Specifically, the Client Advisors (Sales Consultants) handle the entire transaction from beginning to end including the financial menu presentation and selling of financial protection products (VSC, GAP, Maintenance, etc.
).
Our Sales Managers (Team Leaders) need to be well versed and strongly accustomed to automotive finance to recruit, train, lead and mentor the sales team and produce results not only in sales volume but also financial product penetration.
We are adding a position to our growing team, this is not a replacement.
We have already experienced an over 40% increase in new car volume compared to this time last year.
We are closed for business on Sundays! Responsibilities: 1.
Manage and lead the sales team, setting sales goals and providing guidance and support to help them meet and exceed targets.
2.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business and increase revenue.
3.
Build and maintain relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
4.
Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring efficient operations, accurate record-keeping, and timely completion of sales transactions.
5.
Train and onboard new sales team members, as well as provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
6.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team performance.
7.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
8.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities.
9.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
10.
Communicate and work closely with upper management to ensure the success of the department and the dealership as a whole.
Requirements: 1.
At least 3-5 years of previous automotive sales management experience.
2.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
3.
Ability to handle fast paced environment 4.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5.
Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal abilities.
6.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Reynolds DMS or similar, eLead CRM, vAuto and Rapid Recon.
7.
Knowledge of automotive industry trends and market changes.
8.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
9.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
