Job Title: Supervisor
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Ensure efficient time management and productivity by assigning tasks and setting deadlines
- Maintain organizational systems and procedures to streamline operations
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, customers, and team members
- Utilize math skills to analyze financial data, create budgets, and track expenses
- Oversee stock inventory and manage replenishment processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in math and financial analysis
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient in using computer software and applications relevant to the role
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
