As a Finance Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring seamless and accurate financial transactions.
Your primary responsibilities will include commission processing, exceptional agent support, and maintaining positive work relationships.
We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual with a strong independent work ethic to join our team.
Compensation:
Starting Pay: $21.
15-$24.
50 per hour
Bonus Structure after 6 months

This position requires in-office presence between the Columbia, MD, and Frederick, MD locations.
Applicants must be available to spend half of each week in both offices.

Responsibilities:
Calculate closed transactions and process agent commission payments
Respond to questions, research to resolve differences, and process adjustments
Complete accurate data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
Maintain timely records of escrow information, deposits, and closings
Foster positive work relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Process agent accounts receivable charges and payments
Assist other leadership members and provide front desk backup as needed
Perform additional responsibilities as knowledge and capacity increase
Qualifications:
2 years of business and/or customer service experience
Accounting and bookkeeping experience preferred
Self-driven with excellent follow-through and strong communication skills
Efficient problem-solving abilities and extremely detail-oriented
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and accounting software preferred
Tech-savvy (willingness to learn and adapt to new technology)
Ability to prioritize work responsibilities to meet deadlines
Resourceful and proactive in advancing professional development
