Minimum Experience: Two years sales and/or customer service experience required, apartment leasing experience is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED required.

We are hiring for a leasing consultant for Willowdale Apartments.
Role & Responsibilities
As the Leasing Consultant your responsibilities will include:
Act as first point of contact to residents and prospective residents calling or visiting the community.
Identify needs of prospective residents and assist them in finding their perfect new apartment home.
Manage prospective leads and follow up in a timely manner in lead management system.
Offer virtual, self-guided, in-person, or video tours of make ready apartment homes.
Process applications in accordance with company policy and procedure and Fair Housing guidelines.
Prepare lease paperwork and manage the resident move-In process.
Prepare community daily for showings and ensuring a clean tour path.
Opening, closing and sparkling the model and show units.
Assist Community Manager in gathering market survey information.
Assist Community Manager with Community Social Media strategy.
Build resident relations and assist in planning and executing resident events.
Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities.
Comply with all state, federal and local laws relating to Fair Housing.
