Assistant Maintenance Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our automotive service department.
This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties: - Manage and supervise the daily operations of the maintenance of the building - Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs and services - Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of services Requirements: - Previous experience in automotive service management or a similar role - Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on building long-term relationships - Proficient in service writing and estimating repairs - Familiarity with tire service, brake repair, shocks/struts, oil changes, and other automotive services - Strong sales skills to promote additional services or products to customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
