Assistant Community Manager will be assisting in the community management and operations of a large onsite HOA community including all aspects of administration, maintenance, financial plans, operating budgets and capital improvements.
As a professional Assistant Community Manager, you will assist in a wide variety of projects, interact with customers and contractors, perform community inspections, process architectural applications, and other day to day manager duties as assigned.
The most qualified candidates will have a solid understanding of contracts, accounting, insurance, landscaping maintenance, government relations, basic construction and the law.
Requirements include:
* excellent customer service skills
* project management skills
* 2+ years as a management professional, HOA experience preferred
* Experience in interpreting contracts and covenants
* CAI designations CMCA, AMS are a plus!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,500.
00 - $55,000.
