Cat for adoption

Have a medium/long hair make cat we are need of finding a new home for (preferably without kids).
He is starting to mark parts of our home with urine since we got our newborn.
He is vaccinated and healthy, was just at vet and have records.
Very social and friendly with humans, gets along with some cats but not tested with other animals.
Asking for $100 adoption fee, comes with carrier crate, food, and litter
