1986 Bully Boat - bully boat is a small boat manufacturer in Virginia.
The hull was redone in 2001 and I re-fiberglassed the rails, bow, and two of the interior bunks.
I'm including everything you need so you can be ready to take it on the water the day you buy it.
The engine is a 2005 40hp Evinrude E-TEC.
Powerful and reliable motor that starts up on the first try every time.
I have maintained the engine well and I will include all the grease, oil, and lube needed to continue maintenance.
I also bought a new propeller last winter.
The E-TEC is a 2 stroke, but it has an internal oil reservoir so you won't need to worry about mixing fuel.
Also included:
-2x marine batteries - 1x starting and 1x deep cycle to run the trolling motor.
-Trolling motor is like-new (used twice) Minn Kots Riptide Powerdrive (saltwater) 55# thrust and 54" with Copilot Bluetooth remote.
This thing is a huge difference maker as it easily maneuvers the boat from anywhere.
-Humminbird depth finder (temp guage needs recalibrated)
-2x float pods (sometimes refered to as beaver tails).
Their bouncy counteracts the weight of the engine in the water.
-Lifejackets (1x kids and 4x adult)
-Everything you need for maintenance (oil, grease, grease guns, etc)
-red/green lights for night
-5x crab traps and 1x crab basket
-ball hitch lock
-The trailer is a wesco and in great shape and I replaced the axel, hubs, and links this summer.
Easy to load and unload by yourself.
-New prop, new axle, new trolling motor.
Only downside is I use a milk crate for a seat, so you'll need to upgrade that if you want something more comfortable.
Of note, it used to have a full array of lights for night fishing, but I've removed all but two of them and re-fiberglassed the rails.
I've used the boat almost exclusively fishing and crabbing in the Severn and Patapsco rivers.
I wash the hull/trailer and flush the engine with freshwater after every use.
It's a great little skiff that has no problem getting into skinny water less than 2 feet.
I've had 4 adults and a kid on this boat, but it's most comfortable with 2-3 people.
It will handle a reasonable chop and rough conditions well.
