* We are seeking a compassionate and skilled *Child and Adolescent Therapist* to join our growing team.
As part of MAPP's Behavioral Health Department, you'll provide *evidence-based therapy* to children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, working collaboratively with our dedicated pediatricians and medical professionals.
*What You'll Do:*
* Conduct comprehensive *assessments* to understand each child's unique needs and develop *individualized treatment plans*.
* Deliver *individual, group, and family therapy* sessions using evidenced-based strategies.
* Collaborate with pediatricians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure *coordinated care and positive outcomes*.
* Implement *behavioral interventions* to address specific concerns like anxiety, depression, or ADHD.
* Facilitate *engaging group therapy sessions* to foster peer support and enhance therapeutic progress.
* Maintain *detailed and accurate documentation* of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions.
*What We're Looking For:*
* A licensed *Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)*.
* Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children and adolescents.
* Proven experience with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency.
* Proficiency in various *evidence-based therapies* like CBT, DBT, or ACT.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Ability to maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
* Adaptability and flexibility to tailor therapeutic approaches to individual needs.
