As a Lead Educator you will create adventures daily for our students, by working closely with the Director and our Curriculum Team.
*Primary Job Responsibilities:*
* Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
* Plan, prepare and oversee lesson plans in line with the Reggio Philosophy
* Communicate effectively with the children and their families
* Share your love of learning with the children
* Assists in other capacities that the Director or designee may deem necessary
*Qualifications:*
* _*Associate's Degree in ECE or related field with at least 24 ECE Credits is required to be a Lead Teacher*_
* Bachelor's Degree in ECE or related field is preferred
* The ability to meet State / District, federal, and accreditation requirements for education and experience
* At least 2 years of experience working in a Licensed Childcare Facility
* Experience working in a Reggio Emilia inspired school is preferred
* Highly Professional and Dependable
* Flexibility to work the hours and schedule to meet the needs of the School
* Any additional information requested by the Director or designee that may deem necessary
* Valid CPR / First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain prior to beginning employment at RTH
