Clark is seeking a detail-oriented go-getter and problem-solver for an experienced Probate Attorney position for our busy Estate Planning and Probate law firm.
We are a small law firm looking for a candidate with a great deal of attention to detail who can figure things out with minimal hand-holding.
Compensation:
$70,000 - $110,000
Responsibilities:
Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Prepare Probate Accountings and Inventories
Work directly with clients to gather missing information
Handle all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration
Help the Estate Planning team on an as-needed basis
Qualifications:
We are seeking a Probate Attorney with at least 3-5 years of preparing Probate Inventories, Accountings, and Estate Tax returns.
We are an Apple-based office, so you will need to know how to navigate and troubleshoot a Mac computer without needing the assistance of others.
