*What We're Looking For:*
As a Litigation Associate, you are a driven and goal-oriented attorney with two to four years of litigation experience.
If you embody qualities such as determination, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence, you could be the perfect fit for our team.
*Your Role and Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate closely with our litigation and managing partners on a variety of legal matters.
* Conduct legal research, draft documents, and represent clients in court.
* Work with planning partners to understand estate and asset protection strategies.
* Be the primary attorney contact for litigation matters, ensuring top-notch client service.
* Assess potential clients and cases, aligning them with the firm's practice and profitability goals.
* Delegate effectively, manage your time wisely, and contribute to a positive team environment.
*Qualifications:*
* Virginia and Maryland State Bar admission; District Bar admission a plus.
* Minimum of two years of litigation experience in state and federal courts.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive and compassionate demeanor.

* Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines effectively.
