Hello! My name is Kory and as an in-home personal trainer, I make exercise as convenient and easy as possible.
Not only do I come to you, but I am flexible and accommodating to your busy schedule.
You might be a busy mother, wanting to exercise after picking up your kids or before dinner.
Or you might be a business or government professional who has to squeeze in a workout around work and commuting demands.
I also specialize in working with folks who have injuries and medical conditions and know they need more but aren't sure where to start.
I even work with grandparents and retired individuals who just simply want to get on the floor to play with their grandchildren.
Along with being a two-time cancer survivor and a bone marrow transplant recipient, I have a multitude of other health issues including a lumbar fusion, ankle reconstruction, chronic shoulder issues, and several broken bones.
Between all of my ailments and over 10+ years of experience in this field, there is not much I haven’t seen or helped my clients with.
