A default admin account called "Computer" has been set up, but I recommend using the "Reset this PC" option after purchasing to allow you to sign in using your own preferred local or Microsoft cloud account.
The system is in excellent working condition but does have some wear on the body from normal use, and a couple of blemishes on the left side of the display in two areas - one at the bottom and a crack on the bezel of the display.
Neither of which impact the computer's display or its performance.
The cause was the computer was partially beneath a heavy-duty standing desk as it was being lowered.
