Housekeeper/Assistance needed - Immediate Hire (Ashburn, VA)

Hello, I am looking for help with the day-to-day maintenance of my home and life in general.
Working professional and a busy mom.
Live in Ashburn.
Tasks may include organizing and cleaning INSIDE AND OUTSIDE of house where I need the most help.
Note that I do get my house professionally cleaned every 3-4 weeks, so what needed from you is, more of deep organizing and the areas professional cleaners won't get to.
You will be given list of tasks to be done for those hours, so no guessing.
Flexible hours.
Max 1-2 hours per day and need the service TWICE A WEEK.
Most of the days, I like it to be 2 hours max per visit, but sometimes can be combined to 4 hours depends on the need.
I can only pay $13-15 per hour based on the quality and understanding of work done.
Ideal would be for someone who works/live near Ashburn and looking for extra cash and spare only limited time in a day.
