*We are looking for someone available between the hours of 3pm-11pm during the week and on weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate departments
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- *Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus*
- *Fluent in multiple languages is a plus*
- Familiarity with front desk operations in the hospitality industry
