*Job Summary:* As the Front Office Associate, your primary focus will be creating an exceptional experience for our clients and guests, both in person and over the telephone.
This role encompasses various supportive and clerical responsibilities.

* Answer incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
* Assist in greeting incoming clients and offering beverages to enhance their experience.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely correspondence.
* Maintain Advisors' calendars and provide updates on daily appointments and cancellations.
* Make daily outreach, scheduling, and follow-up calls to facilitate smooth communication.
* Handle vendor relationships and place orders for office supplies and amenities.
* Prepare materials for dinner workshops, educational classes, client events, etc.
* Assist in client and team event planning * Provide training and support to team members as needed throughout the day.
*Skills & Requirements:* * Possess two plus years' experience in an administrative role with strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, handle urgent matters, and ensure proper follow-up and closure on daily tasks and projects.
* Previous office management experience is a plus.
* Display exemplary customer service and handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with agents, clients, and third parties.
* Familiarity with financial services, particularly investment management, annuities, life insurance, is advantageous.
