What you’ll be doing.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer interactions through data and AI by building and managing a state-of-the-art decisioning-as-a-service platform using Pega CDH technology.
1.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements related to Pega decisioning logic.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for Pega Decisioning implementation.
2.
Pega Decisioning Implementation: - Design and implement decision strategies using Pega CDH.
- Configure and customize Pega Decisioning components to align with business rules/objectives utilizing best practices for efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate decision strategies into existing systems and applications.
3.
Rule Authoring and Optimization: - Author decision rules, decision tables, and decision trees within Pega to optimize decision outcomes.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of decision strategies, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
4.
Integration and Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and data scientists, to ensure seamless integration of decisioning solutions into overall business processes.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of decisioning implementations.
5.
Testing and Quality Assurance: - Develop and execute test plans to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of decision strategies.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards such as CPNI, Responsible AI etc.
6.
Documentation and Training: - Document decisioning processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Pega Decisioning functionalities.

Required: Bachelor's degree in information technology, data analytics or another quantitative field 8 or more years of relevent work experience that included interfacing with business and technology teams Strong knowledge of Pega Decisioning tools and methodologies Proven experience in managing Pega decisioning framework/platform, preferably with a focus on telecom industry solutions Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements Desired: Masters degree in a quantitative field Experience with agile development methodology as a business analyst or product owner Exeprience writing technical documentation and creating process flow and data architecture diagrams Experience with configuring, and using Pega CDH discovery tools such as Impact Analyzer and Scenario Planner Experience with telecom or electronic commerce industry sales/marketing processes and customer journeys Pega Certifications Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
