Behavior Technician (BT) Part time after school

Improved Dynamics ABA is seeking hardworking Registered Behavior Technicians who currently posses a valid certification.
Part time with the potential to move to full time hours.
*Responsibilities* * Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA in clients’ homes.
* Provide one on one in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy * Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors * Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress *Qualifications* * Access to reliable transportation, _local travel required_ * Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent * The ability to work flexible, part-time schedules * Experience working with children with ASD or other diagnosed disabilities preferred *What Improved Dynamics can offer:* * $500 sign on bonus after 90 days * Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience * Flexible part-time schedules * Monthly bonus structure Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.
