Sales & Marketing Associate (Part-Time, Remote Work)

The Sales & Marketing Associate will help maintain and grow Mogul Realtors’ existing business opportunities within our geographical area to expand our sales opportunities.
Typical responsibilities include the following: • Cold & warm sales calls, follow up and database management.
• In coordination with our agents, identify and qualify sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in turning prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
• Input up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data.
• Track monthly performance and sales key metrics to ensure goals are met.
• Assist with Mogul Realtors social media presence and content through our website, mailings, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Attend weekly meetings with CEO and real estate agents.
• Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
