Local small contracting business in need of reliable Office Manager.
Job summary: * Must Have Excellent Skills in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office * Full knowledge of bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
* Accounts Receivable and Account Payables * Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Must have outstanding communication, organizational and problem solving skills, proactive and efficient and able to multi-task and have a good sense of priority.
* Highly motivated, confident and work well independently.
* Prior knowledge of residential construction a bonus * Part time, 2-3 days a week, 10-15 hours per week.
