Job Description
SSP America is seeking a highly engaged individual to provide professional level, multi-faced administrative support and assistance to a group of airport unit central operations senior management members working in the field and/or remotely.
Position is fully remote
Targeted Annual Salary: $61,750 / Year (based on 45-hour work week)
Essential Functions
Manage five or more senior leader’s schedule(s), meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements, and expenses.
Prepare timely senior management reports, expense reports, etc.
according to company policy and standards.
Captures and delivers highly-details meeting minutes to those authorized in a timely manner.
Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the leaders and prepares accurate and timely summaries and reports.
Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization, in all cases, maintaining confidentiality.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications – Education, Experience, Skills, and Other Requirements
High school diploma/certification required
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
Must have 5+ years’ experience delivering results in a similar corporate support position, supporting senior management professionals, preferably in the hospitality, food service/food and beverage or airport industry.
Must be able to successfully handle a wide range of complex and advanced administrative duties, including interacting professionally with company stakeholders, including company brand relationship points of contact.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and among cross-functional teams with minimal supervision, ability to juggle multiple tasks while adapting quickly, and effectively prioritize assigned job duties to meet deadlines and objectives.
Must be highly tech savvy with demonstrated intermediate level technical competence and experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite (i.
e.
, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint).
Must be technically proficient and comfortable working in a digital environment.
