Payroll Coordinator

FULL CYCLE PAYROLL COORDINATOR- * Viewpoint Vista Construction Software experience required * 4 or more years of full cycle in house payroll experience required * Must be able to process in house bi-weekly payroll for approximately 150 employees from input through reporting.
* Prepare journal entries, remit all taxes & governmental reporting, including multistate quarterly tax filings & W-2's.
* Reconcile payroll accounts & provide GL support.
* Experience processing and reporting Davis -Bacon payrolls also required.
* Need strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications * Solid understanding of payroll & payroll tax laws, including applicable state & federal wage & hour laws.
* Confidentiality is a must.
