Spring Dance Hot Tubs is seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to join our team.
The Controller will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management regarding financial performance, trends, and forecasts.
Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
Assess financial risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements and optimize working capital.
Implement cash management strategies, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
Oversee banking relationships and transactions, including loans, investments, and deposits.
Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and relevant regulatory requirements.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
