Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of State (DOS) and Department of Labor (DOL).
Our attorneys are well prepared to address the needs of our clients domestically and internationally.
We offer excellent litigation skills, high quality work with an array of experience in Immigration and Nationality Act, and experienced counsel in removal and deportation proceedings.
*What does a Konare Law Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist do?*
ThePayable and Receivable Specialist is responsible for maintaining and reconciling the firm’s financial accounts as well as reporting the financial health to both the managing attorney and administrator.
*Responsibilities*
* Process accounts payable, prepare checks, and pay invoices in a timely manner.
* Maintain QuickBooks general ledger.
* Audit account receivables.
* Ensure that receivables are collected promptly.
* Reconcile Operating and Trust accounts online, and QuickBooks.
* Generate monthly reports for the managing attorney and administrator.
* Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations with advisement from our accountant.
* Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
* Various accounting and administrative support related functions as assigned by the administrator.
