Heart to Heart Senior Care is looking for a Bookkeeper experienced in Quickbooks Desktop to help keep track of company expenses (Hybrid work; remote/in office) ```Duties``` - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company - Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable - Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents - Generate financial reports and statements for management review - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations - Perform general administrative tasks as needed ```Qualifications``` \*\*Must have experience in QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP accounting software\*\* - Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles - Proficient in data entry - Experience with financial report writing and analysis - Familiarity with technical accounting practices and procedures - Understanding of governmental accounting regulations is a plus - Ability to accurately prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
