Bookkeeper/Assistant wanted
Small family real-estate business needs bookkeeper/assistant to help with managing rental properties.
Duties include: bookkeeping, preparation of financial reports, create and manage annual business plan, collecting rent, property management, tax preparation, scheduling appointments for family, paying medical bills, and occasional errands or other miscellaneous tasks.
Duties are based in part on candidates skills.
Work from home with some on site visits.
Applicants within a two hour drive given priority.
Compensation: Work hours dependent on applicants skills.
Part time-full time.
$55,000 per year + healthcare
Skills wanted:
Experience with QuickBooks/Excel
2+ years bookkeeping
Good people skills
Comfortable with home office technology
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $90,000.
